The fracture patients are usually not given DVT prophylaxis. And I have read papers also where Ecosprin is also considered a DVT prophylaxis in many papers. So we can, can we actually, do we have to give because once I went to UK and the first question the consultant was asking the registrar, is DVT prophylaxis on? Is DVT prophylaxis on? Is DVT prophylaxis on? I heard that first sentence at least 10 times. That was the only question was being asked. Is DVT prophylaxis on? They were so, matlab they knew that if DVT prophylaxis is not on, they are very big legal liability. So what is the legal liability about DVT prophylaxis or compartment syndrome type of things in India?

One is standard protocol of treatment. And second is standard practices followed in our country. Because every country has got their own limitations in advancement, other things. Now when I talk about standard protocol of treatment, which is clearly denoted what we have learned during our academic years. What book says. If book has talked about DVT prophylaxis in any given scenario situation and we miss it, then definitely is going to be legal liability. If that is silent on that part and we have not done that being a rarest rare things in or we have been taught, that definitely can be a good defense. So standard protocol need to be followed, what we have been learned during our academic years. And standard practices which is regularly for years people are following. If that is the part, it can be shown to the court that due care has been given. In such a scenario definitely safeguarding is there. But let me share my experiences in today's era, since we are in AI world. You rightly said that you have started ortho AI also and which is need of the hour and truly important for every people. In AI area, now datas which is going to work for the people. If as a patient I go and search about DVT prophylaxis, world data will come there. And that people are now citing to the court of law. And naturally judges definitely get connected with the prophylaxis. And accordingly results are now seen and once any judgment came, it become precedent in a court of law. So we as I say law is evolving every day. Medical science is also evolving and we need to get connected as you rightly said your tech savvy. We need to connected with the technology and latest knowledge also, which is the reality today. So that is required now what you said about UK and your experience of visiting internationally.
