[Speaker 1] Does a handwritten operation note acceptable as a evidence in the court? [Speaker 2] 100%, yes. Any, as I said, any scripture made, any diagram made, anything written on a paper or wherever can be present to court is a part and parcel of a document. Toh handwritten is well accepted. We do advise nowadays because of digitalization, one should go for digitalization for more clarity and other things and all. But today also, handwritten consent paper is going to be a reality. Because I remember a case, Neeraj, 2020 was the judgement came and against the RG stone where Honourable Court has said, National Commission Delhi, that there's no negligence on the part of a patient. But pre-printed consent form with some blank space, with the place of signature of a witness and patient, is high-headedness of the hospital, is arbitrariness of the hospital, it is unfair trade contract. And 10 lakh penalty was given to RG Stone. So, now pre-printed consent form is a big question. And in that domain, if at all we take a reverse, so handwritten is going to be a great defense to every single doctor and it is accepted.
