[Speaker 1] What is the surgeon's liability in cases where patient does not follow instructions and does not follow up only. And he comes after one month that abhi now the complication has happened. [Speaker 2] So, so a similar thing what we advise to every single doctor, let it be OPD paper or a discharge paper. This is a two document which is very very important. Discharge paper when patient is IPD or post surgery, post-operative. OPD when the consultation is done. In both the paper, we recommend every single doctor to write a follow-up. Because it is very common that when patient does not have a pain, they will never come back to the doctor. So follow-up word, where is a vital follow-up with USG, follow-up with X-ray, follow-up with CBC or any blood report or follow-up after seven days, if that is not been followed, the follow-up in discharge card or not, and patient never come back to you and some complication happen, then we have got a very very good defense of that particular paper because it is a contribution done from their side. So negligence is a part of a patient, not on the part of a doctor, and we can safeguard ourselves.
