[Speaker 2] See, lots of things happen and multiple judgments in respect to the same has already been decided by various courts. For suddenly if at all cautery machine get off or suddenly some instrument get damaged or there is a delay in surgery because of infrastructure and all. Vicarious liability definitely goes to the hospital. But per se doctor is not directly liable if they have already taken care of emergency and patient is well settled where emergency treatment is not needed. But in emergency then we need to rush without anything and all and in emergency lot of things are there for safeguarding our doctor.
