[Speaker 1]: So for every major surgery I do, I have to explain whether the patient is young, old, that he may require ICU and we don't have ICU and we'll have to be shifted to another hospital. That is acceptable. [Speaker 2]: That is because you need to take a consent because informed things are going to safeguard you. Then patient has got a choice to remain in that hospital or go to the other hospital. because you have given an option to the patient. Ki bhai I have not here but we have got a backup facility very close to it. But my advice to every single doctor, to have at least one bed or two bed ICU because every scenario situation of human body is we don't know how and what way it is going to present to and where when and how emergencies are going to be needed. And nowadays slowly it is becoming now compulsory to have ICU in every hospital. So my advice to every single doctor, if they are having a OT, they must have ICU.
