[Speaker 1] So what are the legal prerequisites or a special consent to be taken where performing a total knee replacement in India? Because it has become very popular after basically the price coming down. [Speaker 2] See, there's no special or normal consent. Consent is content which is settled. And I said ki four important things are needed in any consent form. Let it be knee replacement or whatever. One, the requirement which is for the patient. So you need to explain about the complete benefit with the procedure to the patient. Second, you need to explain possible complication. Not rarest to rare, not always needed. Third, you need to explain alternative if it is available. Like you have advised for surgery and alternatively plasters would be possible and about their complication or future complication. And fourth is refusal consent. So any consent you are going to see for any procedure, because every procedure has got different complication, different outcomes and all. So for every procedure, you need to have a separate consent, but with these four ingredients which need to be in consent, which is going to be safeguarding and required as per the law. [Speaker 1] Okay.
