[Speaker 1] So documentation I think is the key where the infection is concerned. Now, in the documentation also, these are the steps which follow. Say for example, we maintain a fumigation register. We maintain an autoclave register. There is something called as recently which came to my mind that there is something called as a swab which we regularly take. So what happens is that what is the validity of that swab? Validity of the swab is the certificate which they give or what what is that? How important is that swab? [Speaker 2] Actually, you need to have a some document where the swab was sent and already been tested. So if you have got some record to show to the court, yes, we have taken all possible care. If you see the judgment of Honourable Supreme Court, very categorically it is said that human body is a complex machine and medical science is a complex science. Hence for every medical accident, professionals should not be held responsible if due care has been given. So due care is the word which safeguard my doctor. Now what you rightly said right now, about sterility part, about swab taking, about fumigation, about autoclave register, these are the process which can be presented to court as a due care. That in spite of all care, if a patient got infection, it is beyond control of any person with the best of best hand. And that defense is well accepted in court of law. So all this document including your swab report is going to be a good document for saving you in a court of law or for good defense in court of law.
